In Defence Of Bad Prioritisers

I’ve had consistent feedback throughout my career that I need to prioritise better. And it’s true! I’m rarely ever working on “the single most impactful thing” like you’re apparently supposed to do.

But I think that’s a good thing! And here’s why…

Working on the single most impactful thing at any given time sounds good, in theory.

But if everyone follows this principle, I believe the collective good suffers.
